PURPOSE OF THE TUSCALOOSA REPUBLICAN PARTY:
The Tuscaloosa County Republican Executive Committee (hereafter "the Executive Committee") is established under the authority of the Alabama Republican Party to conduct official business of the Republican Party in Tuscaloosa County.

The mission of the Executive Committee is to promote Republican Party principles, platform, and policies as established by the State and National Party organizations; to determine appointments from Tuscaloosa County to the various State and National Republican organizations and functions; to recruit, develop, encourage and support Republican candidates from Tuscaloosa County for County, State, and National political offices; and generally to grow Republican Party membership and activity among voters in Tuscaloosa and surrounding counties.
